Flintridge "Hills"

Ran the 4 mile Flintridge out and back route tonight at an easy pace. I was totally soaking wet after running even taking it easy. I ran into Nora Wilson after the turnaround point. I congratulated her on her Ironman Arizona finish and heard how she crashed at mile 86 on her bike. She then mentioned that she ran Boston yesterday..... that's totally awesome!!!!
