Today marks the one year anniversary of my first blog post. To celebrate, I signed up for Twitter.
I was planning on running this evening from Berryhill but decided to go ahead and get my run in earlier as the weather forecast has a chance of storms around the time we plan on running. I ran part of the Nature Trail from the office; that's a 3 day running streak for me!!!!
I also got a massage with Ute earlier today; I'm having some back issues. I believe the cause is lots of bending doing yardwork over the past couple of weeks. The good news is that it hasn't impacted my running.
